I used the contact paper again to make the new shapes, the spiral, the wavy line and the dots. Most of the underlying paint stayed in place, but I think that even though I did seal the painting before applying the Quinacridone Magenta, in the underlying collage, I may have incorporated some plastic that resists acrylic. Live and learn! Anyway, I like the paintings at this point and I will work on something else for a while, and see if I want to do more on them or not.
