I woke around 2:45AM and decided to work on the effects I had been visualizing. I put a fairly thick coating of soft gel gloss onto the bird and the serpent. In the case of the serpent, I left it plain, so it will dry clear and the blue-green raised dots and lines will be fully visible. For the bird, I added Interference Blue-Green to change the blue violet a little. I like how the edges are showing, especially where her hair goes over the bird.
